Jasvinder has overall responsibility for Hatten Wyatt and shares his time between all offices. He read Law at the University of East London graduating with an LL.B (Hons) and then went on to undertake the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law. Jasvinder read International, Commercial & European Law at Sheffield University graduating with an LL.M and in 1997 commenced his training contract with Lucas & Co.
In 2003, he joined Hatten Wyatt as Senior Partner and expanded the firm, whereby five years later he instigated the successful incorporation of Church Bruce. Since then, he has incorporated five offices in as many years which include Morlings, Nigel Edwards & Co, Pengelly & Rylands, Stephens & Son and now, Bailey & Cogger.
In his spare time Jasvinder enjoys Formula 1, Clay Pigeon shooting, and spending time with his family.
Karen read Law at Newcastle Upon Tyne University, qualifying with an LLB in 1985 and undertook the Solicitors Finals, at the College of Law, Chancery Lane in 1986; followed by articles at Peter Carter-Ruck and Partners. Karen subsequently qualified as a Solicitor in 1988, and following achieving partnership at both Tinklin Springall and Raw & Co, became a Partner at Hatten Wyatt in 2005.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys the great outdoors, animals and gardening.
Graham Beach joined the firm in 1977 as a trainee Solicitor becoming a Partner in 1981. He deals with a broad range of Commercial & Residential Property transactions. He has considerable experience in the sale & purchase of businesses, partnership law, & sale & purchase of development sites.
Graham is the firm’s Legal Compliance Officer for Finance & Administration (COFA)
Graham is a keen golfer and a member of Lamberhurst Golf Club. Once a week, he plays squash against a longstanding friend which usually ends in a draw! In fairer weather, he can be found cycling around local country lanes.
Jeremy Woodford trained as a solicitor in London, qualifying in 1981. He remained in London until 1987 when he joined Bailey & Cogger becoming an Equity Partner in 1988. He has more than thirty years’ experience of Family Law Work and General Civil Litigation and also advises on contentious Landlord & Tenant work and General Employment Matters.
Jeremy is a member of Resolution (the former Solicitors Family Law Association), the firm’s Legal Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) and a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation Scheme.
Jeremy is a keen amateur photographer in his spare time and also enjoys cycling and walking around the Kent and Sussex countryside.
Sue Robson joined the firm in 2014. She qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1991 and as a Solicitor in 1998. She has practised in the local area for over thirty years and has a wide range of property expertise ranging from transfers of equity to property development work. In her spare time Sue enjoys walking and theatre trips.
Domonique Malyon trained as a Solicitor in London, qualifying in 2008. Further to qualifying Domonique joined Bailey & Cogger and works in our Private Client Department. Domonique has experience in a wide range of private client matters including; Wills, administration of Estates, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work.
Domonique’s interests include running and yoga.
