Bailey & Cogger was founded by Archibald Bailey who was admitted as a solicitor in 1904. He entered into partnership with Henry Cogger in 1924 when the current name was first used. The office premises were originally that of a bank, the London & County Banking Company who were in due course taken over by National Westminster Bank, before the firm took occupation.
The firm is a thriving High Street Practice with clients in Kent, Sussex and elsewhere. We act for and help established and new businesses and individuals to whom we can offer the entire range of business services and private client services to a high standard. All of us offer a friendly but business-like approach and we will provide the best service that we can and aim to achieve the best possible result for all of our clients whatever area of work.
